DAY 1 WEDNESDAY

Arrival in Riga, optional transfer to Hotel or similar, check-in, welcome meeting.

A panoramic tour of the city and a walking tour of the Old Town are part of the morning sightseeing tour. Riga is the Baltic capital with the most buildings and the most variety of architectural styles. Riga Castle, the Dome Cathedral, St. Peter's Church, the Swedish Gate, the Three Brothers, the Large and Small Guilds, and the Freedom Monument are included on the Old Town walking tour. An optional excursion to Jurmala, a lively Latvian seaside resort known for its wooden architecture and sandy beaches, is scheduled for the afternoon. The Dome Cathedral offers an optional organ concert that evening.

DAY 2 THURSDAY

Optional tour or sightseeing by request. A suitable time for a pleasant walk around the city, visiting museums, buying memorable souvenirs, gastronomic enjoyment in restaurants and cafes in Riga.

DAY 3 FRIDAY

A bus tour along the Vidzeme coast will start with a visit to the sights of Sigulda and Turaida. We travel to the picturesque town of Sigulda and the breathtaking Gauja National Park on the morning's optional tour. Before returning to Riga, we take in the ruins of the Episcopal Castle and the Castle of the Knights of the Sword, as well as the medieval Latvian legend of the Rose of Turaida.

On the way to Saulkrasti, explore the picturesque Birini Castle. In Saulkrasti visit significant natural site on the shore of the Gulf of Riga - White dune. The coastal route continues with a visit to Baron Münhausen Museum and ceramics workshop, stone beach and Veczemju cliffs. After visiting the museum in Salacgrīva you will learn about Latvia's traditional lamprey fishery. Your journey along the bay ends at the North breakwater at Ainaži, almost on the Estonian border. On the way back to Riga, if you wish, you can make several stops to enjoy the unique natural beauty of the Vidzeme coastal strip.
